Miami Writer’s Prize 2011
Submissions for the MIAMI WRITER’S PRIZE, an annual prize aimed squarely at promoting and encouraging residents of Miami who write critically about art, ends tomorrow.
The MIAMI WRITER’S PRIZE, made possible with the help of a grant from the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and donations kindly received from readers, is open to anyone from Miami, excluding those already on ARTLURKER’s roster.
Hopefuls may submit one original review of a recent art-related event. The winning entrant, in addition to having their text published, will be paid an honorary stipend of $800 dollars in return for a month’s worth of guest blogging (eight posts) on ARTLURKER. Submissions should be emailed as a word (.doc or .docx) attachment to email@example.com. Please do not send images.
Closing date is May 4th, 2011.
The winner will be announced via www.artlurker.com on May 10th.
