I completely agree that the Whirl! Crash! GO! was a could-have-been-great-if show. The people were there, the energy was high, but the set up of the space was not designed for as many people as there were. From the pool side of the crowd where I was standing, I missed the entire skating performance, which instead of intriguing me it actually made me quite frustrated. This frustration came because I did enjoy seeing the choreography in the pool. The whole thing reminded me too much, however, of the club that I immediately stood in line for afterwards.

The real treat of the night was Victor Muniz's show of hyper intense drawings. They are gross and beautiful, like Basil Wolverton's lost spawn is residing in Miami.
